The Director of Sales Planning and Pricing works cross-functionally to ensure all business partners have visibility to the sales forecast and plan and are kept apprised of business trends. This individual will ensure the current product portfolio is priced and costed appropriately, as well as vet and ensure that new business opportunities fit within the strategic position of the organization. This role requires effective communication and a collaborative mindset. Reporting to this role are the Senior Sales Planning & Pricing Analyst, Commercialization Manager, and Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Be an active member of the Leadership Team helping drive sustainable and profitable business.

- Oversee pricing strategy utilizing cross functional teams to best understand commodity futures, production efficiency gains and labor market.

- Manage the costing function; placing a strong focus on improving the process and ensuring the cross functional team understands requirements and how their work impacts the overall process.

- Oversee the New Business Team; focusing on streamlining new business process, providing accurate and timely pricing.

- Lead and facilitate sales activities within headquarter staff.

- Lead annual/monthly sales forecasting and budget process to include all aspects of pricing.

- Act as sales operations liaison on inventory matters.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- BA in business administration or related field, MBA a plus.

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
